If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


WantMyLook is remotely located.  Please allow extra shipping time for items to arrive.  It may take up to 14 business days to process your order before it is shipped.  All tracking information is sent via email.

At this time we do not offer priority shipping.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure all information entered for your order is accurate.  Once the order is placed changes cannot be made.  Please make sure names, address, and any unit numbers are all correct.

WantMyLook is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once the package has shipped it is in the handles and responsibility of USPS.  Please contact USPS directly if you have any issues with your package.


Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of when the order was placed.   While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our return policy once your order has been delivered to you.


Orders being shipped to UAE can only be placed with a P.O. box.


You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.


  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
  • WantMyLook is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, spray tan, deodorant, or wear.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email for assistance before returning.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you once your return has been processed.

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
