Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders over the phone. However, you may place any order from our website or mobile device.

What method of payments do you accept?

WantMyLook currently accepts a variety of payment methods including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover.  We also accept Paypal and our store credit method of an e-gift card.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact us via email ( or phone ( 1-866-544-1446) for assistance to update your order.

How can I find a WantMyLook Item that I am looking for?

You may click the search icon in the upper right corner of our webpage where you can type any key words, style names, colors, etc. you would like to look for.

Why has my order been cancelled? I didn't authorize this.

Our items sell rapidly due to such high demand that is unforeseen. In some instances, items you have ordered may become unavailable at any given moment. If an item in your order is oversold, we will reach out via email as soon as possible. Store credit will be issued for the oversold item and the rest of the items in your order will continue to be shipped out.

How long after I place my order will it ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed once shipped

I've ordered the wrong item/size. Can I edit my order?

We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click “Checkout” but after this point you will be unable to make changes to your order. If your order has already been placed you can however, return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. If we sent out your package and your items are returned to us (Packages marked "Return to Sender") due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue a store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. In such case you can however, return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. If we sent out your package and your items are returned to us (Packages marked "Return to Sender") due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue a store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.

I just bought an item on pre-order. What does that mean?

When you are placing an order for a "pre-order" item, it means the item is not currently in stock but is expected to be available at a later date. When you place a pre-order item, the item will be reserved and mailed out as soon as the shipment arrives at our warehouse. An email confirmation will be sent with tracking information when your item is ready to be shipped. Some of our products are highly sought after and we like to ensure our customers can receive their size for these items when they do become available.

What happens when I order a pre-order item and in stock items in one order?

In this case, we will ship out all in stock items in your order. Your pre-order item will be reserved and held until it becomes available. You will receive an email confirmation for when your pre-order item is ready to be shipped.

My size is sold out! But I still want to order it.

Our website is in real time, meaning any product or size displayed online is what we currently have in our inventory. If your size is not showing up, unfortunately it is out of stock. We frequently promote restocked items through email newsletters and Instagram posts (@WantMyLook).


Discount Codes

Do you have any current discount codes?

We always try to provide our customers with the latest steals and deals. Always check our home page and our Instagram (@WantMyLook) for the current promotional codes.

 I'm trying to use a discount code but it's not working!

Unfortunately, some of our discount codes promotional period may have ended. Always check the expiration date of the discount code before use to make sure the promotional time is still valid.

 I forgot to use a discount code on my order! What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately once your order is placed, we are unable to manually make any changes to your order.

 Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

One discount code is valid per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, code or promotion.

All orders placed with discount codes are only eligible for store credit if returned.



Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with value greater than $75 within the United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

The following items are NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstance:

  • Hair accessories and hats
  • Cosmetics, beauty products
  • Jewelry, earrings, ear cuffs and accessories
  • All swimwear, bikini sets, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, one piece swimsuits
  • Underwear, panties and bodysuits
  • Any merchandise marked final sale


If any of the above mentioned items are returned, no refund or exchange will be processed. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges that go into recovering the merchandise.
